Receive one in-game building plan for the exact approved hideout design selected for your project.
The plan applies to the approved construction project and approved location associated with your Real Estate request.
Use the redeemed building plan at the approved site to begin the property's in-game construction stages.
Real Estate staff must confirm that your selected design is appropriate for the location before purchase.
How It Works
Property Rules
The $4.99 purchase provides the approved in-game building plan. It does not automatically include land, an instant completed house, construction materials, or unrestricted placement anywhere on the map.
The selected design, proposed location, and any required land arrangements must be approved before purchase.
Property Taxes
Completed properties remain subject to required in-game property taxes and current Untamed Borderland property rules.
Failure to pay required property taxes may result in repossession. A repossessed property may be returned to the server market for another player to purchase.
Important Purchase Information
Purchasing a building plan does not guarantee approval of an unapproved location. Real Estate approval for both the selected design and intended location must be received before purchase.
Payments, refunds, disputes, and applicable consumer rights remain subject to Tebex Checkout terms and applicable law.
