Item Request Required Before Purchase
Start by submitting your exact item concept through the Custom Item Request form. Staff will review your business, recipe, ingredients, effects, and artwork request before the item moves forward. Once the exact item is approved, the appropriate Tebex purchase can be prepared for that approved deliverable.

How Item Creation Works

From recipe idea to approved in-game merchandise.

Choose Tier 1 or Tier 2
Select the effect level that best fits the custom product you want created.

Start Your Custom Item Request
Use the dedicated Custom Item Request link and submit your business and character information.

Build Your Recipe
Choose the item name, description, product type, and a minimum of three different crafting ingredients.

Choose Your Effects
Choose Health OR Stamina for your core effect and Hunger OR Thirst for your sustenance effect. Effect strength is determined by the tier you selected.

Select Your Artwork
Provide your own inventory artwork or ask Untamed Borderland to create the artwork for your custom product.

Receive Approval
Staff reviews the complete item, ingredients, effects, artwork, and business eligibility before approving development.

Purchase the Approved Item
Once your exact item is approved, complete the matching Tebex purchase for that approved custom-item deliverable.

Development & Installation
Your approved product is created and added to the appropriate in-game crafting menu for your business.

Important Purchase Information

Approval Before Purchase

Submit your Custom Item Request and wait for staff approval. Staff then prepares the one-off Tebex package for your exact approved item.

Each purchase covers one approved custom in-game item.

Tier 1 items choose either 50% Gold Core Health OR 50% Gold Core Stamina and either 50% Hunger OR 50% Thirst.

Tier 2 items choose either 70% Gold Core Health OR 70% Gold Core Stamina and either 70% Hunger OR 70% Thirst.

Health and Stamina effects are not combined on the same item. Hunger and Thirst effects are not combined on the same item.

All item names, descriptions, ingredients, artwork, effects, crafting requirements, and business eligibility remain subject to staff and developer approval.

Digital server service only. Purchase covers development and implementation of the specifically approved in-game item and does not transfer ownership of server code, scripts, source files, game assets, or intellectual property.
