Personalize an eligible weapon using the metals, engravings, grips, varnishes, finishes, and decorative details supported by the in-game customization system.
No gunsmith needs to be online. Take the ticket to a designated customization location, use it from your inventory, and build the look yourself.

One Customization Ticket
Receive one in-game ticket used to begin the weapon customization process.

In-Game Customization Access
Use the ticket at one of the designated customization locations to open the weapon styling menu.

Available Cosmetic Options
Choose from the metals, engravings, grip materials, varnishes, finishes, and other visual details supported by your firearm.

Immediate Application
Complete your design through the customization menu and apply the selected appearance directly to your weapon.
Available Customization
Dress the iron to match the hand carrying it.
Metal Finishes
Change the metal appearance of supported barrels, frames, cylinders, receivers, and other firearm components.
Engraving Styles
Add decorative engraving patterns to the portions of your firearm that support them.
Grips & Stocks
Select from the grip, stock, wood, and material options available for your chosen firearm.
Varnishes & Details
Finish the design with available varnishes, wraps, inlays, carvings, and additional cosmetic details.
Weapon Compatibility
Available customization options vary by weapon. Some firearms may offer fewer metals, engravings, grips, varnishes, or decorative components than others.
How to Redeem
Take the ticket to the bench and make the iron your own.

Purchase the Ticket
Purchase one Gun Customization Ticket through the Untamed Borderland store.

Receive the Inventory Item
The customization ticket is delivered to your character's inventory.

Visit a Customization Location
Travel to any designated Gun Customization Ticket location in the territory.

Use the Ticket
Carry the firearm you want to customize, open your inventory at the location, and use the customization ticket.

Create Your Design
Choose the available customization options, finish the design, and apply the new appearance to your weapon.
Important Notes
The ticket changes the weapon's appearance, not the weight of its trigger.
Cosmetic Service Only
Customization changes the visual appearance of the firearm. It does not increase damage, range, accuracy, fire rate, ammunition capacity, or other weapon statistics.
Weapon Not Included
The firearm itself is not included. You must already possess the weapon you intend to customize.
One Ticket Per Customization
Each ticket provides one use of the customization system. Additional weapon customizations require additional tickets.
Final Selection
Review your choices carefully before completing the process. Changing the weapon again may require another ticket.
Keep the Weapon Safe
Customized firearms lost, traded, discarded, confiscated, deleted, or otherwise removed through gameplay are not automatically replaced.
Before Using Your Ticket
Make sure you are carrying the firearm you wish to customize and are standing at a designated Gun Customization Ticket location before selecting the ticket from your inventory.
