Oil Well locations are divided into different zones
around the map. Each zone may carry a different price
based on placement, availability, and the value of the
drilling site.

State the exact zone or property location
you are interested in when opening your

Staff will review the site and either
approve the claim or deny it if the area is

occupied.

Once approved, purchase the option matching
your assigned zone or homestead
installation. Ask inside the ticket if you
are uncertain which option applies.

open a support ticket before purchasing an
Oil Well.

Submit Your Preferred Location
Tell staff which mapped oil zone or
personal property location you wish to use.

Receive Staff Approval
Wait for confirmation that the location is
available and learn which purchase option
applies to your claim.

Complete Your Purchase
Purchase the correct Oil Well option
through Tebex only after approval has been
granted.

Submit Proof of Purchase
Post a screenshot of your purchase, your
Tebex Transaction ID, and your approved
location inside the ticket. Staff will
then assign the Oil Well to you in game.
Ownership Rules
Keep the pumps moving or surrender the claim.
Continued Activity
Oil Well owners must remain active and continue
operating their claim. Extended inactivity may
result in ownership being revoked.
Staff Contact
Failure to respond when staff attempts to
contact you regarding inactivity or ownership
may result in the loss of the Oil Well.
Homestead Oil Wells
An Oil Well installed on personal property
remains tied to that property and cannot be
retained separately from the land.
Loss of Property
If your home is repossessed, removed,
transferred, or lost because of unpaid taxes
or another housing violation, any Oil Well
attached to that property will also be
forfeited.
Important Purchase Information
Approval applies only to the location and Oil Well
option discussed inside your ticket. Purchasing the
wrong option, choosing an unapproved location, or
purchasing before approval may delay or prevent
installation. Additional rigs and homestead
installations require separate approval and may carry
additional charges.
