How to Claim a Business

Open a Business Support Ticket
Contact Untamed Borderland staff in Discord and tell us you are interested in a Shopkeep-Tier business.

Complete the Interview
Staff will speak with you about your character, business plans, activity, and the type of operation you want to run.

Select an Approved Business
After approval, staff will confirm which currently available Shopkeep-Tier business can be assigned to you.

Complete Your Purchase
Once the exact business has been approved, purchase the Shopkeep-Tier Business package and keep your Tebex Transaction ID.

Provide Proof of Purchase
Add your Tebex Transaction ID or other requested purchase proof to your existing Business Support ticket.

Receive Business Ownership
Once the purchase and approved business are verified, staff can complete the ownership assignment.

Businesses are assigned from operations that are currently available and approved for the Shopkeep Tier.

Completing an interview does not guarantee that a specific storefront or requested business will be available.

Staff will work with approved applicants to identify an appropriate available business.

Do not purchase the Shopkeep-Tier Business package before completing the Business Purchase Application interview and receiving approval for a specific available operation.

Business ownership and continued operation remain subject to current Untamed Borderland business rules, activity requirements, staff approval, and applicable Tebex terms.
