Staff will verify that the selected property belongs in the Walk-In Hideout tier before checkout.

How It Works

Find the Property You Want
Choose the walk-in property you are interested in claiming for your character.

Open a Real Estate Ticket
Contact Real Estate staff before purchasing and identify the property you want.

Confirm Availability
Staff will verify that the property is still available and can be assigned.

Confirm the Correct Tier
Real Estate staff will confirm that the selected property belongs in the $29.99 Walk-In Hideout tier.

Complete Your Purchase
Once the property and tier are approved, complete the Walk-In Hideout purchase and keep your Tebex Transaction ID.

Provide Your Transaction
Provide the transaction information through your Real Estate ticket or follow the redemption instructions given by staff.

Property Assignment
Once payment, availability, property size, and character information are verified, staff can complete the property assignment.

Important Purchase Information

Do Not Purchase the Wrong Tier

Purchasing the Walk-In Hideout package does not automatically guarantee ownership of a property that has not already been approved.

Your selected property must be available and confirmed by Real Estate staff as belonging to the correct property tier before purchase.

Property Ownership

Keep Your Property in Good Standing

Walk-In properties remain subject to current Untamed Borderland property rules, inactivity policies, and required in-game property taxes.

Failure to meet applicable property requirements may result in repossession under current server rules.
